If you haven’t had a chance to try the Mediterranean Chicken when we ran this dish a couple of weeks back I would highly recommend it. This is truly one tasty sandwich. There are a lot of different flavors that pair nicely together and it’s perfect for a cooler afternoon.  We keep hoping the warmer weather stays around but obviously the ground-hog had little to do with an early spring!

This Saturday Roots won’t be serving breakfast at Atherton Mill Market. We will be back the following week and looking forward to some warmer, sunny weather.
