Welcome to “Joe’s Mac Shack”
I truly hope this is the last day of this cold weather. Let’s make the best of it by eating delicious comfort food. My roommate in college always wanted to open a ‘Mac and Cheese’ food truck so that is what we are going to do today! We have to give credit where credit is due, Thanks Chef Joe!
Don’t forget Roots will be serving dinner at the Atherton Mill market tomorrow night from 4-8pm. Stop by and check out the local arts vendors and grab some food from the truck. We will also be there on Saturday morning for our weekly breakfast service. We will be open from 8:30-12:30pm that day.
