2014 Cooking Class Schedule
One Pot Meals / Crock Pot
When: Tuesday, January 28th 2014 or Wednesday, February 5th 2014
Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm
Learn how to utilize a variety of ingredients, veggies and meats to create delicious one pot meals using your crock pot. This class is perfect for the colder months or to learn how to make impressive dishes that are effortless.
Simple Seafood
When: Tuesday, January 14th 2014 or Tuesday, February 18th 2014
Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm
Learn the secrets to cooking different types of seafood with ease so you can tackle any seafood recipe with confidence.  Also learn what wines will pair best with different types of seafood.
All Manners of Meats 
When: Tuesday, January 7th 2014 or Tuesday, February 11th 2014
Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm
Learn the difference between different cuts of meats and when it is appropriate to use them, learn the difference between cooking with free range and local meats as well as traditional meats.  We will cook with various methods to demonstrate the best way to cook different cuts of meat.  Also learn what types of wine to pair with various types of meat dishes.
Vegetarian Cookery 
When: Tuesday, January 21st 2014
Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm
Learn to make, one pot and multi-step, vegetarian meals that are creative and filling.  Learn to use lots of flavors and spices that you probably have not heard of.
Knife Skills and Kitchen Basics 
When: Wednesday, January 8th 2014 or Tuesday, February 4th 2014
Time: 6:30pm-8:30pm
Learn the proper way to use your knife and various tools in the kitchen.  Learn to slice and dice veggies quickly and easily. Learn to approach a recipe and know exactly what order to execute the steps. Learn to move through our kitchen and your own kitchen with confidence and speed.
