Good Morning,

Today we will not be at Innovation Park. Instead we are going to start going there on Tuesday! That means that you are able to eat at our food truck EVERY day of the week except for Mondays. Today we will be uptown across from Duke Energy building with the following menu. Tonight we will be at Birdsong Brewing. Check back later for that menu. Tomorrow we will be on the 4th flood of the Duke Energy building for lunch as well as at Sycamore Brewing tomorrow night. Is that a lot to remember? Don’t worry, we will remind you daily. Today is Craig’s (the owner and mastermind behind Roots) birthday! Give him and extra shout out today.

Pork shoulder braised in house made Filipino adobo sauce, spiced long grain rice, local broccoli florets,

julienne sweet red bells, caramelized onions, and a meritage of fresh local greens

Grilled chicken, Rowland’s Row grilled patty pan squash, sautéed radish fronds, melted brie, and a whole

grain balsamic aioli, pressed until crisp on the outside and warm and melted on the inside

Quinoa Burger

Quinoa with grilled carrots, caramelized onions, russet potatoes and herbs all mashed together and

seared and then topped with a balsamic aioli
