Taco Day is finally here!

Fact. If you work in uptown Charlotte, you’ve probably visited our food truck at least once. I know many of you frequent the truck on Wed and Thurs and we truly appreciate your support! If you haven’t made it out to a Taco Wednesday yet (*gasp!), know that you are invited to make it a part of your weekly lunch routine and you won’t regret it. And remember, if you have a gluten-free diet we will gladly serve your tacos over greens instead of in tortillas.

Need something fun to scroll through on your work break…or during that dull meeting…? Check out our friend Stephanie Haviv’s blog. She spent some time with our food truck and takes amazing photos!

For today’s menu we have so many great local ingredients to work with that Kyle and Craig could not decide what to make, so they both went home and came up with separate ideas, then came back to work and mashed them together. We can only take half of the credit for this menu, the other half goes to the farmers. We have to do less cooking when the ingredients are this good.
