Friday is a fave

Good morning errybody! We had a great time at the #instabeerupclt event last night at Unknown Brewing. Were you there?? Did you win all the cool prizes I wanted? If you missed out, there will be a next time…

Today we will be serving lunch outside of One Day Surgery. We’ve got a great menu for a hot day. Tonight we’ll be at TWO spots. Sycamore Brewing and Tilt on Trade. Those menus will be posted later on today so plan to come see us at one of those locations!

One Day Surgery

Southern Veggie Burger

Sweet corn, black beans, and corn grits bind this delicious veggie burger, served over fresh greens and topped with cool cucumber basil coulis

Shaved Turkey Wrap

Thin shaved, oven roasted turkey breast, with Kirby cucumbers, heirloom cherry tomatoes, sliced bell pepper, fresh greens and cajun aioli

Here and There

Good Tuesday morning to you! Hopefully you’ve been able to escape the heat a little bit and find a pool or lake to refresh yourself and keep your sanity. Is there a light at the end of this heat tunnel? Anyway, back to biz. We are at Innovation Park (Central Park side) today for lunch. Check out our menu below and start getting hungry!

Looking ahead to the next couple of days, we’ll be uptown for lunch Wed and Thurs. And then Wed night we’ll be at Sycamore Brewing, and Thurs night at Unknown Brewing for #instabeerupclt! Hope you catch us around town this week!

Produce Party Time!

We love getting fresh produce from our farmer friends! And of course using it to create yummy menu items for you to try. Got a bunch of fun stuff (yes, only chefs would call produce fun) in from Rowland’s Row and Bell’s Best. We’ll be out and about every day (except Mon) so I hope you can catch us somewhere for lunch, dinner, or our infamous breakfast! (hint hint Wedgewood Farmers Market) Today we’ll be serving lunch at Innovation Park (Central Park side) off of IBM Dr.
